    Use the search bar to find businesses by name, category, or location. Both fields support auto-complete for easier searching.
  • How does location detection work?
    Allow browser location access for automatic detection, or manually enter your location in the search field.
  • How do I save favorite businesses?
    Click the heart icon on any business listing to add it to your favorites. You can view and manage your favorites from your account dashboard.
  • Can I view business details like hours and amenities?
    Yes! Each business profile shows detailed information including business hours, amenities, overview, social media links, and website details.

4. Career Applications

  • How do I apply for jobs?
    Visit the business profile and click on available career opportunities to view job details and submit your application.
  • Can I track my applications?
    Check your account dashboard for application status updates and communication from employers.
  • What information do I need to apply?
    You'll typically need to provide your resume, cover letter, and complete any required application fields.

5. Business Listings

  • How can I add my business?
    You can submit a listing by visiting our Add Your Business page and filling out the form.
  • How are businesses ranked or featured?
    Listings are ranked based on reviews, completeness of profile, and editorial selection.
  • How do I contact a business directly?
    Use the contact form on the business profile page to send messages directly to the business owner.

6. Reviews & Ratings

  • How do I leave a review?
    You must be logged in. Visit the business listing and click "Write a Review."
  • Can I edit or delete a review?
    Currently, review editing is not supported. For removal requests, contact support.

7. Technical Issues

    Try clearing your browser cache or switching browsers. If the issue persists, contact us.
