Eligibility
To use SpearSky, you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not have been previously suspended or banned from our platform

As a Customer, you agree to:

- Provide honest reviews and ratings
- Not misuse contact information of professionals
- Resolve disputes directly with professionals
As a Professional, you agree to:
- Provide accurate professional information and credentials
- Keep your profile, rates, and availability updated
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Deliver services professionally and ethically
- Maintain necessary licenses and insurance
- Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
- Comply with all applicable professional regulations
- Not use the platform to promote services outside SpearSky to avoid fees
Platform Rules and Conduct

Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post (profile information, photos, reviews, etc.). By posting content, you grant SpearSky a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for platform operation and promotion.
SpearSky's Intellectual Property
The SpearSky platform, including its design, features, logos, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content without permission.
Reviews and Ratings
- Reviews must be based on genuine experiences
- Reviews should be honest, fair, and constructive
- Fake reviews or review manipulation is prohibited
- Offensive or defamatory reviews may be removed
- SpearSky reserves the right to moderate reviews
- Professionals cannot pay for positive reviews
Payments and Fees
Direct Transactions: SpearSky facilitates connections between customers and professionals. All payment negotiations and transactions occur directly between customers and professionals. SpearSky is not responsible for payment disputes, quality of service, or contract fulfillment.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
SpearSky is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpearSky shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Conduct or services of professionals or customers
- Disputes between users
- Content posted by users
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpearSky, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Termination
By SpearSky
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion. We may also discontinue the platform at any time.
By You
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
Between Users: SpearSky is not responsible for disputes between customers and professionals. Users should attempt to resolve issues directly.
With SpearSky: Any disputes with SpearSky shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].
Informal Resolution: Before filing any legal action, please contact us at support@spearsky.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Changes to Terms

General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SpearSky.
