• Business information is either publicly sourced or submitted by verified users
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of all listings
• We reserve the right to edit, remove, or reject any listing at our sole discretion

Business Owner Responsibilities

If you list your business on Spearsky, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information including:
  • Business hours and holiday schedules
  • Contact details (phone, email, website)
  • Location and address information
  • Amenities and services offered
  • Social media links and profiles
• Ensuring career opportunities are legitimate and comply with employment laws
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Upholding the accuracy of photos, descriptions, and business details

You may create an account to access premium features including:

Account Security - Your Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Use a strong, unique password for your account
• Take responsibility for all activity under your account
• Report any unauthorized use immediately to contact@spearsky.com
• Provide accurate information in job applications and business listings
• Maintain up-to-date contact information for important notifications

Content License

By submitting content (reviews, messages, job applications, photos, etc.), you grant Spearsky a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content on our platform.

Content Guidelines

You may not post content that is:

• Defamatory, abusive, obscene, or unlawful
• Spam or misleading promotional content
• False impersonation of another person or business
• Fake reviews or manipulated ratings
• Discriminatory or harassing content based on race, religion, gender, etc.
• Copyrighted material you don't have rights to use
• Malicious code or harmful software

By using our location-based features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Location Data Collection: Your location data may be collected when you allow browser location access
• Purpose: We use location data to provide relevant nearby business recommendations
• Accuracy: Location accuracy depends on your device, browser capabilities, and GPS signal
• Control: You may disable location services at any time through your browser settings
• Alternative: You can always manually enter a location to search without GPS

How Job Applications Work

• Job applications submitted through Spearsky are sent directly to the respective employers
• We facilitate the connection but are not involved in hiring decisions
• Employment relationships are between you and the employer, not Spearsky

Our Role & Limitations

Spearsky is not responsible for:

• Employment decisions, hiring practices, or candidate selection
• Workplace conditions, compensation, or employment terms
• Employer-employee disputes or contractual issues
• The accuracy or legitimacy of job postings

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in all job applications
• Research employers independently before applying
• Report suspicious or fraudulent job postings immediately
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations

• Favorites Feature: Save businesses to your personal favorites list for easy access
• Data Storage: Favorite lists and preferences are stored securely and used to enhance your experience
• Privacy: Your favorites are private and not shared with other users or businesses
• Management: Manage your favorites and personal data anytime through your account settings
• Recommendations: We may use your favorites to suggest similar businesses you might like

Contact Forms & Messaging

• Contact forms facilitate direct communication between users and businesses
• Messages are sent directly to the business and are not monitored by Spearsky (except for quality assurance and safety)
• Business responses to inquiries are the sole responsibility of the individual businesses

WhatsApp & External Communication

• WhatsApp contact buttons redirect you to the business's WhatsApp number
• Communication via WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy
• We are not responsible for the content of messages exchanged through external platforms

Prohibited Uses

You must not use communication features for:

• Spam, unsolicited marketing, or promotional messages
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language
• Illegal activities or fraudulent schemes
• Impersonation or deceptive communications

All site content is protected by intellectual property laws:

• Our Property: Logos, brand name, design, code, user interface, and original content belong to Spearsky or its licensors
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Spearsky:

• At any time, with or without cause or prior notice
• For violation of these Terms and Conditions
• For fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• For repeatedly posting inappropriate or harmful content
• If required by law or regulatory authorities

Upon Termination

If your account is terminated:

• Access to saved favorites will be discontinued
• Application history may be deleted
• Business listings may be removed
• All account features will become unavailable

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@spearsky.com.

You use Spearsky at your own risk. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spearsky and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Site
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Content you submit to the platform
• Your interactions with other users or businesses

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect:

• Venue: You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts
• Language: These Terms are written in English, which shall be the controlling language
